Bike & car rides — Kathmandu Valley

Core ride-hailing launch: bike rides for quick trips, car rides for longer or group travel. This phase is where the approach commitments — transparent pricing, safety tooling, lower commissions — first get built and tested with real drivers and riders.

Delivery & local logistics

Package delivery layered onto the same driver network, once ride operations are stable. The goal is an additional revenue stream for drivers already on the platform, not a separate business.

Geographic expansion & B2B

Secondary cities and corporate transport contracts, contingent on Phase 1–2 performance and further funding. We won't commit to specific cities or dates publicly until Phase 1 is proven.

We haven't attached public dates to these phases. Timing depends on when funding closes and how development goes — investors get a working timeline directly.
